The school has an animal corner where you can observe, pet and learn about the animals. Students participate in emotional therapy by a therapist using animals. There are group and individual therapies for all age groups. The corner is under veterinary supervision and the animals are cared for, and return us warmth and love. Caring for the animals develops a sense of independence which strengthens self-confidence (feeding, petting, brushing fur, cleaning the cage, etc.). The animals invite action through a variety of channels: sight, touch, smell, hearing. The connection with the animals contributes to a sense of self-worth and strengthens a sense of belonging. Meeting the animals is joyful and helps with physical and mental relaxation.
